We have organized more 20 Mustagh Ata climbing expeditions in the last 16 years, we’re confident to offer you again in the year of 2005. Here the route suggested:
Kunjirep Pass (Pakistan) or Turogart Pass or Irkestam Pass(Kirghizstan) entry to Xinjiang ,China. Drive to Kashgar ,drive to Karakul Lake then trekking with camels to B C of Muztagh Ata. Normally 2 weeks climbing, same way back to Kashgar or exit.
You also can fly to Urumqi – Kashgar from Moscow, Islambad, Almaty or even Beijing.

The best time for this journey is on June, July and Aug.
